A portable laptop cart for 35 systems is needed for the ESL Department
Justification
A portable laptop cart will eliminate the difficulty of scheduling orientations to computer-based workbooks that are used in ESL classrooms. In addition, the laptops can be used in the classroom for extra activities and practice for the students, and faculty can use the systems for computerized testing, offering nearly immediate feedback to students and reducing grading time.
