Justification
The current arrangement of the computer, ELMO, and other technology in each of these rooms is so awkward that it is physically difficult to use the equipment and maintain contact with the students during classroom lectures and activities. The instructor's back is to the students, and the screen is not readily visible or accessible to be referred to. The classrooms listed serve over 800 students each semester. ESL Courses typically start and end with the maximum number of students allowed in each room. Fighting an unwieldy setup of technology deters from the ability of the professors' ability to communicate efficiently and effectively.
